It is extremely fortunate for me to gain a big opportunity in the line of discussion on various topics on various subjects, especially in connection with kakching, but it seems to have already been on the threshold of globalisation--all comes into being by dint of your beneficence, benovelence, the ability of surmounting many an odd and dire thing and many other qualities that cannot be worded, that others including 'I' on top could not surpass, and I honestly think so and believe that the forum will bring a social change like all its members expect and wish it to be, as it being changeable-- I mean-may be an insinuation-that we make the society change into the society in which each and every member can enjoy and lead an independent and peaceful life with a better undertanding without any communication gap is without possibility without an art, to have already possessed an aesthetic and high quality, which is none other than our so-called QUALITY EDUCATION that the forum is going to produce--everything, in a nutshell, will be an easy task in the hand of THE FORUM. Thank you all a lot for making 'Kakching Thinks' and enabling me realise the dream I have been dreaming for years. Long live 'kakching thinks'!

Many thanks for the compliments, Somak Meitei. The forum was launched after seeing the possibility--we have some human resources, some of whom are members here.
Society and individuals have a mutually causative relation--each affects the other, simultaneously. Society changes when individuals making up that society change, and individuals feel adaptational pressure when their society has changed. The world's biological reality keeps us in motion--whatever alive is in motion. Humans add a cultural dimension to the basic biological sphere of life. Culture is a composite, and is not just the dregs of the past--it has has present and future dimensions to it. This is where "change" starts to matter. The force of change may come from any corner. Some changes are planned and we are conscious of them, some changes are effects of the overall dynamics, and we are not always conscious of them while they are taking place. The five years plans of our governments are examples of the agents of conscious changes. Families and organizations also have their plans, and they consciously implement them to ensure the results wanted.
Between the planned and unplanned changes, there are changes whose agents are independent participants in the talks of life. People are talking animals. They talk and their talks influence their actions in the same way their actions influence their talks. Talk and actions (=results of thought) shape their life. We talk in the family; we talk with friends, acquaintances, strangers in streets, parks, markets; we talk with authors, artists, filmmakers, politicians; we communicate with our environment... Through these interactions, we change people, and people change us, and the overall shape we together take is our society's shape.
Planned changes, and the domino effects...Let them be. Change through day-to-day talks/discussions are more thorough, and hence is more significant. This change sweeps every single individual, and no individual is left untouched, uninfluenced. We aim this forum to be an agent for such changes (while we subscribe to no specific model or ideology--we are just a catalyst, and we keep the reaction open). While this forum is mainly an online forum, we have plans to expand our activities in future to form a culture of talking and discussing, which we will start when we have substantial members.
So far we have been only a couple of us (from among the 71 members) participating in the discussions. Seventy-one members out of 34,000 people (to account the population of only Kakching) is just better than nothing.
